Is there a fee for posting my used machine on the www.geoprobeused.com website? 
 
No.  Posting of used equipment for sale is FREE.  Keep in mind, you commonly get what you pay for, so please keep your expectations realistic.


Can I post equipment other than Geoprobe® brand equipment on the www.geoprobeused.com website? 

Yes.  If it is a machine or accessory that is used by Geoprobe® customers to perform field work, it is worthy of a posting on the website.


Is the equipment listed on this website owned by Geoprobe®? 

Not usually.  Most used equipment that has been posted is the result of a customer interaction where the customer indicated an interest in trading or outright selling a machine.


Why are machine prices and owner contact information not posted on the website?  

Many used equipment owners do not want direct contact by potential buyers.  If you see something you’d like to know more about, call Geoprobe®.  We will quickly provide you the purchase information.


Are machines listed on www.geoprobeused.com sold with any warranty or guarantee of working condition? 

Typically not.  Most used equipment is sold as-is, where-is.  Geoprobe® strongly encourages any prospective buyers thoroughly evaluate any used equipment prior to purchase.  In no way does posting a machine on this website guarantee a useful product is being offered by the sellers.  Restated: Do not expect any warranty. 


I’m interested in purchasing a machine being posted on www.geoprobeused.com but would like it to be serviced before taking delivery, can the service team at Geoprobe® complete the maintenance prior to my purchase and subsequent delivery? 

Absolutely.  The Geoprobe Service Team is well known for providing exceptional repair services on used equipment.  Repair estimates will be provided on a case-by-case basis.

 


Can Geoprobe® help me secure financing on used equipment? 

Yes, Geoprobe® works with numerous funding sources, and will help each potential buyer find a workable funding solution.


If I purchase a used machine, does Geoprobe® offer factory training on the proper safe operation and maintenance of the used equipment we purchase? 

Yes.  Geoprobe® maintains multiple staff with years of Geoprobe® field experience.  Training fees are quoted on a case-by-case basis, depending on numerous training details including location and days required.

 

From the time I submit my equipment information, how long until it will be posted on www.geoprobeused.com 

Typically new submittals are grouped and posted one time per week.  At the same time, equipment that has been sold during that time period will be removed from the listing.



One more thing, Geoprobe® reserves that right to not post any item(s) deemed not beneficial to the Geoprobe® customer base and or Team Geoprobe® organization.
